Ah! about your question... I think it's better if you ask directly to the webmaster of "우리보스 BYJ". Because I'm not the admin of that account^^. But, as we can see in the third paragraph of the information above, i think that's the background why they decided to close their account. But whatever it is, we should respect their decision^^.
