Actress Jo has officially joined the family of Key East Entertainment, signing an exclusive contract with the agency that houses Bae Yong Joon, Kim Soo Hyun, Choi Kang Hee, Im Soo Jung, Bong Tae Gyu, Joo Ji Hoon, and Kim Hyun Joong.
On March 18, Key East Entertainment stated, “We have signed a contract with Jo An. We’re anticipating what her lovable image and excellent character will do for the company.”
Jo An debut as a lead actress in 2000 with KBS’ Drama City – First Love and continued in 2001 with movies, Goosebumps, Wishing Stairs, and Project Makeover.
Her fame soared in 2009 with Lifting King Kong when she won the Baeksang Awards Rookie Award. She recently appeared in My Little Hero.
Key East Entertainment houses top actors including Jung Ryeo Won, Hong Soo Hyun, So I Hyun, and more, as well as rising rookies such as Kim Min Seo, Lee Hyun Woo, and Park Eun Bin.
“Jo An is an actress that has the ability to shine brightly in each project,” said Key East Entertainment. “From project selection to activities, we will not hold back any systematic management or internal and external assets in making sure she develops herself into a better actress.”
Meanwhile, Jo An will be meeting with viewers through OCN’s drama, TEN 2 on April 14.
